Return of the products
In case you come to a conclusion that your purchased product is not suitable for you or it does not satisfy you then you have the right to return it. You must inform EMKO team about your decision within 14 days via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +370 65502092. We will provide you with all the necessary information concerning your product return procedure.
Product return from the client is arranged by EMKO. If the client wants to return good quality products which he/she does not like then the client must cover the return costs. The money for returned products is transferred to the client’s account within 15 days after their reception at EMKO warehouse.
If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs for the items that you return to us. But we do not cover the return shipping costs. The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse. When we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.

In case you notice that your purchased product is of poor quality, has manufacturing defect or possibly is damaged during transportation, please, immediately refer to us by e-mail email@example.com or by phone +370 65502092. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information concerning your product replacement. EMKO arranges replacement of poor quality or defective products and covers its shipping costs.
